Do I need to be technical?

No. If you can log in to Fasttrak and use ChatGPT, you can set this up.

Which Claude or ChatGPT plan do I need?

Claude works on every plan, including Free (which allows one custom connector): Anthropic's guide. ChatGPT needs a paid plan that allows custom connectors; OpenAI has been changing which plans do, so check the OpenAI help center.

Is this made by Fasttrak?

No. AFT is an independent product that connects to your Fasttrak account through Fasttrak's web-service API.

How does it connect?

AFT is a read-only MCP server that Claude and ChatGPT add as a custom connector; you sign in with OAuth and click Allow. Your copy of the data lives in its own database, apart from every other operator's.
